Lebaran Roadtrip I feel rather calm tonight. It seems different. Maybe it is the sharing session that I had with a colleague. A good 30 45 minutes? Yeahh. We were sharing about what else.....but love issues. It has been a while since I talked to someone about things like these. About my expectations in a relationship, what we like and dislike, what we look for when we are in one. So yeahhh, getting to air it out certainly felt good. I am literally surprise that this colleague of mine has NOT been snapped up yet. I mean, she IS beautiful in her own way. Something about her which makes her stands out? SMALL EYES! Hehehhehehe! Okay fine, maybe it is JUST me being all smitten with sepet eyes. Hahahha! Work was a tad hectic today. I was simply rushing to do so many things by today's deadline, which I MET of course. I am the best ok. No questions about it. I just hates it when people try to exploit my efficiency. Darn. But at the same time, I am learning to play the game of being busy when I am actually not. I got SUPERB mentors ok! How has your Eid been my friends?! So far ok? I wish it has been an awesome one for all of you ok. Heheh! Mine has been slightly toned down BUT it was massively awesome last weekends. It was with the friends and boy did we had a superb time! Who was around for the fun? Fahmi, Fiza, Nas, Ummar, Sup, Aud, Andi, Shaikhah, Lily and myself. So basically there were 10 of us, and thanks to Fahmi, we squeezed into a cargo van all thru the trips from west to east. Hahahahhaha! The van made me feel like I was in an incubator! It was HOT especially during the midday. But the night was ok. Cooling enough to doze off while Fahmi was driving. Hehehe! First up was Fiza's place where we had some curry chicken with bread and mee goreng. Lily & myself arrived late. I was from work and I HAD to go home and changed into another baju kurung cause the one that I wore to work, the zip broke and I ended up using safety pins to avoid any further wardrobe malfunction. So home it is and by the time I reached home it was well after 2pm, the time that we were supposed to be at Fiza's place. Lily waited for me to be ready and we were only at Fiza's at 4. Damn late! Sorry guys. Hee. From there, we proceeded to Fahmi's place. And I go wowwww. I like Fahmi's place. Very cosy, lavish, relaxing and it seems that every decor cum accesorries just fits into place. I also like the whole projector thingy. It's sleek. But what wow truly made me go woaahhhhh, is the sound and size of the whole screen. Watching soccer on a giant screen in the comfort of your own home is awesome! I wanna be a rich boy and have all these now. Okay? Inspired already. Watch me GO! Hahahhaha! My place was next. Normal finger food was served and the entertainment of the day was none other than spongebob squarepants. Hahhaaha! I love that cartoon. It is soooo stupid but entertaining. Feeling sad? Go drown yourself with episodes of Spongebob! Hahhaha! Ummar's place was next. And we were very much going wahhhhh here and there on his mio tv. The boy is on his high horse now since Singtel has won the rights for the broadcast of the English Premier League. FUCK YOU SINGTEL. I wanna see how long will they last trying to compete with Starhub's TV dominance. IF I am to take Mio, I will ONLY take the football channel. Heh. Back on track now, Lily's place was next. Served with hot jemput2 is awesome! Very nice. Even Shaikhah was asking Lily's mom for recipe. Hehehehe! But it was REALLY gooood! Hmph! Ummar at the same time was being a total ass by saying years. For example, 2015, 2013. Idiot. There ARE meanings when he said those years. Lily & myself can only roll our eyes at his cheap shots. Andi's place was next and we ended up watching soccer more than hari raya over there. Hahahaha! It was like a boys get together and we shouted GOAL when arsenal scored. Hahahah! I miss having late nights at Andi's. The place certainly hold a lot of memories. Playing games, watching movie, eating lunch dinner breakfast. There's so many things at Andi's place that I can relate to. More or less, I felt like I am in my second home. Heheheh! To round the day off, is the cross atlantic trip to Pasir Ris. Aud's place. Basically everyone was really at their ends. Tired, sleepy and some even had work the next day. Sheeessh! By midnight, we were already on the way home. Poor Fahmi had to drive from Pasir Ris to Jurong, despite being sleepy. Thanks bro! Later when I pass my license my turn bring you and the gang ok. Hee. That was our hari raya. Not THAT many houses but they were the houses that mattered. I realise I do not have a lot of friends like I used to. But then again, its the current bunch that I know who will stick with me thru and thru... Well, that was my hari raya with my friends. Awesome time, awesome laughs, just brilliance. Hehehhehe! Hope to meet you all again for some karaoke session soon aite! Almost 300 pictures were snapped for the day. I have already uploaded them. Click the picture below for more of it ok.
