One Year In The Making

Without notice, the last time I did an update was four days ago. I feel rather bad for not doing so and would like to apologise to you people who have been taking your precious time to stream in, and read up about how my life has been running. The who, how, where and when of it. I appreciate it all!

Obviously, there will be tongues wagging and gums running around saying the kind of man I am. I received atrocious words from anonymous people and phrases like asking me to look at myself in the mirror for going out with my girls. These girls are NOT and NEVER will be my scandal of any kind ok. The close bond that I have with them is special. So like it or not, you have simply GOT to deal with it. I guess, the only reason people got the tongue working for useless reason is because my ladies are so damn beautful...

On the topic of beautiful, I managed to squeeze in time for someone dear to me. A beautiful one. Dayah. We met up last year July. Ever since then, due to some explainable but extremely confidential issues, there were no follow-ups meetings or hangouts. Until last friday that is. And boyyyyy did we had an extremely enjoyable time! Simplicity was at best and we didn't realise it that time simply strode forward to three in the the morning.

We met up at 7:45pm at Plaza Singapura, the area in front of Starhub. That was the area we met 12 months ago. It has that nostalgic feeling I must say. And can I simply say she was looking magnificent that night? Haha! We entered PS and a couple of minutes later, made an escape route to Marina Square. The crowd at PS was simply pushy and it just gets so frustrating to even walk slowly. Too many peeps. Sheeesshh! Marina Square was much peaceful. And we had dinner at Swensens!!

I have not had Swensens for an awfully long time ok. The last time was with Lily and Nas, where Lily dumped “cheese”, loadsof them, and it turned out to be salt! That was classic! HAHAHA! So at Swensens, Dayah had her chicken baked rice, mine was a new item of the menu...Chili Crab Pasta! Soft shell chilli crab was SUPERBLY DELICIOUS!! Totally recommended to all of you! Please go try! On the side was the spice n chic. It was like a chicken strip. Was alrite. So, that was our dinner.

Chilling spot was another memorable location too. Last year we hungout at One Fullerton merlion and this year too was the same. The place is simply loved by me. Cause of the wind and the calmness of the surrounding. I love it there. I hope whoever I bring there will FEEL the same way too. We got starbucks and we had our chats, talks and laughs. Updating each other on life, like what has been going on. Ya know, a one year hiatus.....many things can happen ok. So that was what we did until we found ourself still out and about at 3am in the morning. Geez. Dayah took NR2 I think, while NR5 was my ride home. By the time I reached, it was close to 5am and having to wake up for work at 7am is sucha drag.

Anyways, work on a Saturday, is simply just work. No biggie. The afterwork activity is fun. Although it is short. Heh. More stories about that soon.

It is a national day today and I wanna Singapore, a happy happy 44th birthday! May she be blessed with harmony, joy, and peace thruout the years! I can't imagine a safer place other than Singapore. Really. True that other country has the nature treasures but singapore has something which other country doesn't. And that is peace and harmony. Once again, on behalf of everyone, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!! GOD BLESS!!
