Saturday Night Quay

Hey hoe idahoeeee! How is YOUR weekend people?! Hehehehe!! Yeap yeap, you may have guessed it, I had an awesome one! Who else was I with? The darling bestie Lily of course! Hahaaaa, it has been a long time since we last went out on a "date" and boy was it enjoyable. Filled with much fickle-ness from yours truly, and random crap moments from the other half filled up the entire date.

It started off with me heading to Jurong Point with Nas actually. He wanted to get a new cell while I wanted to head to Sony Style to get a screen protector for my much loved H20. I did my thing and Nas did his BUT unfortunately Nas BRAND NEW mobile phone has camera issues. The camera seems to NOT work and lucky enough we were still in the proximity. The guy offered Nas a one to one exchange but of a different color. Nas's current mobile was white and he was being offered a black. Nas, being the lover of whites, doesn't want to an opt out to go for servicing instead. Ouh well, whatever rock your boat bro. Haha!

Soon after, the long awaited arrival of Ms Lily! I should buy the girl Lil Ms Late t-shirt, can? Hahaha! Both of us headed to Vivo. Why Vivo? Well, I wanted to try the new eating place called "Barcelos". BUT the crowd was simply making me lazee to even step in. Most prolly I'll give it another go next time when the place is much calmer. Hehehe! So, where did we ended up having our dinner??? FIG & OLIVE baby!! Yeeeeehaaarrr!! It has beeen a longggggggggggggggg time since I last had Fig & Olive and when I had that Turkey Ham Crostini in my mouth, emmmmmmmmmm heaven just feels so near to me. HAHAHHAHA!! It is THAT goood, you have GOT to believe me! Try it one day ok. Hee. Apart from that, I had my usual "Zafira Zaytoon" while Lily had her "Grilled Dory". Imagine the UGLINESS of our bloated tummy after the end of the meal. *burp*

Before we went for dinner, we had our rounds of window shopping. Well I did my window shopping while Lily decided to cash in on some of the accessories in F21. I saw some awesome coats and tops at Zara. I promise you this, mark my words....in future, I am going to buy one of the coat!! Tsk! Then came River Island. Good gosh! I came THIS close to buying a top, a top chosen by Lily. Get ready shirt, you are in my crosshair this coming pay day!

Basically we rounded Vivo like none other's business before making our way to Clarke Quay (where I met to cousins of mine) to simply chill and relax by the river. We were having trouble, and when I say trouble, I mean real trouble. Tinkering where to sit is an issue especially when it keeps drizzling at will. Sheesshh! Both of were there till bout 2++am in the morning and by the time we know it we were bus-ing home. In the bus, it was cold but I think we were both simply drained out that we fell asleep only to be awoken when the bus was 2 stops away from our stop. Lucky break aye. Hehehe!

Well that was my weekend. Well spent I must say. The sunday was all about being at home for me. Tomorrow starts work. I am back from my mini "holiday" and I just feel sooooo darn lazee to work. Sheeesshhh! Anyways, we all got to do what we got to do alrite. So endure!! Have a lovely night my fellow darlings!! Stay safe, healthy and more laughs alrite!! You know I love you...
