Wrestlemania / Batam / Saturday


Friday was brilliant. Stayed home, had the two boys over and we caught Wrestlemania 25! Damn it was mind blowing and an amazing 4hr spectacle. There was some brilliant matches but the one that outstood and outshone every other matches was the battle between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. Ummar and I, both of us are true avid fan of Shawn, and we found ourself cheering and swearing and cursing at each wrong move or match-winning offence. Absolute tremendous performance! Bravo!

The boys actually JUST went home. And now I am sitting here feeling very sleepy. I am truly lacking of sleep. Yesterday I slept at 5am and found myself up at 9am. I got a feeling I am gonna doze off after this update. True enough that my eyes are half closed as if I am high on some pills or something.

By right, I shouldn't even be here in Singapore right now. I am supposed to be at Batam having fun and eating nice food with the company staff. But you know me, I bailed at the 13th hour. Why? Simply because, I find it unproductive and boring. Plus, imagine seeing their faces for 5 days already and then you need to see them again for an extra day? How boring! And there is no claim for time off or overtime pay. By right, in accordance to the laws of the manpower, employee attending a company event on a public holiday should be paid double. SInce there is no stakes on their end of their table, why do I even need to think twice of goin? Correct me if I am wrong. Heh.

Anyways, it is just Batam. Batam is where you go, you overnight, you party the night away and have wild fun! Not come at 730am in the morning, have breakfast, shopping, dinner and then home. No no no. Sheesh! I'll probably hit Batam with friends, soon. Overnight there. Gonna be happening. Lol.

Tomorrow is a working day. I hate it. My first Saturday here and I am already dreading it. I don't know why, but Saturdays are simply sooooo boring to work in. I don't like it one bit. I am soooo hoping that my application for an executive role in Singapore Technologies goes thru. So much prefer working there instead of here. For now, I am being patient. Just need to wait for the right moment to pull the plug. Kekekeke!

Kool. That's it. I am sooooo tired. I am going to lie down and have a nice rest. Hehehehe! It is the weekends alrite, have an amazing time darlings! Be safe ok. You know you love me...
