HR Isn't Easy



Haaaa, it's pouring pouring!! The heaven is opening up to all those who are feeling low. I did felt moody over the weekends. Ahuh. I don't need to explain it for now cause in my opinion, the problem lies within me. I know I can be a better person and I really wanna be better than what I am now. Why be the best when you can be the greatest? Right? Something for you to ponder. Hahaha!!

Back to the grind today in the office. And I'm coordially greeted with tonnes of resumes of potential candidates! Good grief!! Sorting out by nationality is a total chore I must say. I literally need to run thru their resume and check which country they are from. Gawwd. Running a recuitment exercise sure isn't easy peasy like most people think.

There's so much ripple effect of one process after another that HR personnels have to go thru. Everthing simply have to be done in a painstaking manner so that minimal errors or better still, zero error percentile is achieved. Heh. Not a walk in the park I must say. See, I met an old friend like a couple of months back and I told him I was doing HR. He laughed it off and simply said such an eaassyy job. Just recruit people luh. Such arrogance. Pfffttt. Some people just speaks from their ass and not their mind. Obviously if it's THAT easy, lotsof people would be chasing for a HR position won't they. Urrghh.

Nonetheless, of course I didn't let it get to me. I'm not THAT weak to let the talk of others pull me down. Honestly, if people would love to run their gums, by all means. It's their mouth, their say, their life and of course at the end of the day, their own grave. Right? So why waste time bitching about others when you yourself isn't close to perfect? Please, not a single living soul in this world is engulfed in purity. So I'm urging my friends out there, who MAYBE are affected with words from obviously narrow-minded no good s.o.bs, to live the way you want alritey. We lived only once, no restart when our life game is over ok. So why let others determine your actions.

With that being said, I honestly have no clue where I'm heading with these discussion. Heh. Prolly just one of many things which I wanted to air out in me. I'm currently resizing pictures from the career fair. Sooo once everything is done, I'll post it up? Ahuh, meanwhile I got some kind of an event I need to prepare at the stroke of midnight. Ouh by the way, a HUGE congratulations to the women table tennis team for clinching the silver medal in the olympics!! You girls can rock my boat anytime ok! Jiawei I think is cute and somehow I find that Feng Tianwei issit(?), sexy I suppose. Like sporty rugged kinda women. And she's only 21!! Dammmnnn Singapore have bright future I must say. Once again, well done girls! Kudos to you!!!
