Dumb Candidates

Omg, I can feel the body heat of my insides making way to the tip of my skin! Darn!! No fever please please stay away! I need to work, I love to come to work and I wanna have a fantastic weekends can?! Come after next two months or something luhh. There's so many things to finish up in office that I can't or in fact I won't skive to not come to work. Heh.

Calling up candidates asking them to submit their full detailed resume is sucha burden I tell ya. Some even have the cheek to ask me what's the pay like!! Geez. You're not even shortlisted for the first round interview and you asked ME that question? And he's a NTU graduate with a degree in something something. BUT guess what? Since he made such a booboo, I placed him under rejected/unsuitable. And these rejected ones, will go to the shredding machine. Huahuahua!! So, the next time someone called you and asked a question, please just answer and never ask something that's not supposed to be asked yet. He was unlucky enough that the person calling was me.

One more thing, if you answer as if you're walking on air and too untouchable, shredding machine it is. Just like another resume. I placed a candidate with courtesy but with a qualification of a higher nitec as suitable and highly recommended while another uni graduate with honours bla bla bla but with a cocketoo attitude to the reject list. My bad, but it's your own undoing. I saw a funny resume just now. Applying for a admin assistant post and expected salary...$3.5k!! Good gracious!???!!? Ehhh, I think the paper that he sorts or files contains gold la, that's why he's requesting that much! Even a grade 3 executive doesn't earn that much. Nyehhh.

There's sooo many people you meet and experience when doing HR. That's why this job totally supersedes my previous employments. All of them! Yeahh, I hope I'll be here for a lonngg long time. Kekeke!! Well, that's my report for my wednesday. Friday is fast approaching and tomorrow is the opening day of comex. Now THAT I can't wait!! Shopping baby shopping!!

Before I go, I need to say abit. Every morning, I took 181 to the interchange. And most of the time when I board, I saw this twins I think. If not twins, they are sisters. I'm really really darn interested in one of them. She's simply classy, small eyes, fair, slim and a total fashionista. My kind of girl. She's just magic in my eyes man. Totally made my morning from Monday to Friday. TOTALLY! That's about it, I'm gonna watch wrestling and then sleep. Soo, I expect all of you my darlings to behave, be safe and of course, stay classy.
