Missing My Girls Yo yo yo yo how's my fellow babies all feeling huh? Good? It's the midweek already alrite. Time sure has passed us by with the bet of an eyelid. Haaa the seconds that ticked by are soo sooo much precious nowadays. I wonder how people get bored easily. I myself in general have been rushing for time, if possible wanting the seconds to just slowww down a knot. Phew! So many things to do and so little time yet some go on ranting bored bored bored? Geez. Ok maybe there's not much meaningful activity to kill that leisure time. MAYBE. Soooo why not get a hobby and please, don't be lazee. If you are, then quit complaining bored half your life. Heh. Midweek was yet another day in the office fur me. Ahuh. I was kept rooted to my desk checking payslips after payslips. I swore to you that my eyes could groggy and one up one down at the end of the day. Making sure the numbers are accurate plus the fact that my monitor is a CRT, goodness the stress and radiation it imposed on these eyes, horrendous. Prolly I'll ask for a switch to an LCD one. Pffttt. Nothing interesting thereafter. Everything was routine. Straight home after work. Apparently I still have some finishing up to do. Yesss I brought my work homeeee. I think most friends of mine who does office work should understand. Sha, Andi's girlfriend, prolly is one of many whose work doesn't necessarily stop after leaving the premises. So there ya go, working adult life equals no life especially on weekdays!! *Snorts* Babies, I'll share with you my funneh Sentosa snapshots soon ok. At this period of time, I'm utterly in no mood to resize and all. Too many and it's too time consuming. I got better things to do. Heh heh. Anywhoos, I miss my girls. Like alot alot!! Sheesshh! Bad Tuesday Woah I need to breathe breathe! Deep breathe! Why? Cause apparently I'm suffocating in office! Work is pilling up and it may look like checking figures and making sure they tally sounds easy butt the amount of strain it has on your eyes and fatigue to your mental status, is unbelievable. I've been sleeping at 1am the past couple of days. I just can't fall asleep. Heh heh. And I paid the ultimate price this morning. In office by 830am but I woke up at 810am! Grrr! I stood and stared at the bloody clock and cursed myself before making a beeline to the washroom. Everything was done in a quickie and I found myself leaving at 830 and reachin office at 845. Nyehhh. That's pretty reasonable ehh. :) It's only Tuesday and I super can't wait for my fridee and weekends. I totally am anticipating my fridee evening with my favourite Bagon and then saturday, movies with Nadiah. Huahuahua! Gawdd all that seems so far away. 3 more days! Sharks!! I'm going sleepy by the minute. Still waiting for the colleagues to run out of office for lunch. All super workaholic can? Geez. I hope I won't be like them BUT unknowingly, I already am. Outing w LilyDayah 25072008 Unlike my previous weekend rendezvous, this weekend have indeed been a rather productive one. Met a myspace friend for the very first time plus a faboulous sentosa outing with Nas albeit the slight setback due to an hour of drizzle, things could be better but hey, appreciate what we had that others don't right. That's pretty much it. Lemme get into details now. =) I've known dayah for quite a while actually. Dayah is my myspace friend. And we hadn't been in constant contact until sometime a couple of months back. Online and on cell, we got along pretty well. So meeting her person is something I'm totally looking forward to! No nervousness whatsoever, just total excitement! Heee. I reached Plaza Singapura at about 7. Still have half an hour to kill so I pretty much went around the mall and planned what to buy for myself next payday. Apparently I'm disappointed at the fact that most of the shops doesn't excite me or made me go “Oooohh I want THAT!!”. So yeahh...while walking, text message from Dayah saying she has already reached PS. I'm standing there looking down at my cell and replying where I'm waiting for her and stuff when I looked up and saw her walking towards me! Hahahhaa! Lucky she got a good ability to recognise people ehh. I'm wondering what would happen if she got the wrong one. Nyeahhaha!! Straight off the hook, we got along very very well I must say. I'm impressed with a girl who isn't so shy especially meeting up for a first time. Girls oozing with confidence, damnnn I love these kinds. Hehe! Dinner was at Secret Recipe. As promised to her a couple of weeks back, I told her I would give her a treat. A belated birthday treat to be exact. The lady's birthday was a couple of weeks back, so no no too little too late aite. I had my chicken cordon bleu and ice mocha, while Dayah had grilled black pepper chicken. I didn't know that Secret Recipe had changed the look of the chicken cordon. It was huge and chunky! There was so much cheese inside that I got sooo sick of it. I felt the guts in my tummy turning when I tried to take my last bite. Sheeeshhh! No more chicken cordon for me. Not anytime soon. Heh heh. Wait wait wait!! Something happened before we settled down on our seats. While we were walking towards it, I saw a group of prolly 30 year olds ladies looking at me, well, maybe not me but it was MY direction. What disturbed me was they were smiling and kinda like giggling away. I felt kinda awkward so I turned back to see if they were looking at someone or something behind me. BUT there's nothing funny behind me except Dayah was closely behind me walking that's all. Our seats were beside them, their stares and smiles became more intense. Then I noticed they were all looking at Dayah soooo I whispered to her, “You, why in the world are the people next to us looking at you and smiling non-stop? Are they your colleagues or something? Go turn luh.”. She turned annddd.... It was Dayah's SISTER luhhh. Haiyo!! This girl walked in and didn't notice her sister was sitting beside her! Can uh like that?! Hahahha!! Finally they all said hellooo and I was all relieved! I thought they were staring at me cause I have some wardrobe malfuntion. First thing I checked was my zippers of course! HAHAHAHA!! What a way to kickoff the date aye. The bonus part is that I am one of the first guy friend that Dayah's sister encountered. Ahhhh how great! Cuckoo AJ can? By the time we were done with dinner, it was a quarter past nine and we made our way OUT of there. Nothing much to see as most of the shops' shutters are already lowered. Heh. I tell ya, it's really pathetic to close at 9++ cause I think that's the time that MOST people would hit town to destress via shopping and all. Nonetheless we made our way to chill out thru the night at Merlion. I missed that place. And one more thing what I miss, is the company of buddy Lyn and tubby! Nyehhh. AJ lurp2 you both ok! Like I mentioned, we got there and had Starbucks. I had starbucks, Dayah didn't. Claiming she's bloated already! Hehehe! We had our chat thruout the night which was crawling away slowly. The deafening silence of the night was accompanied with voices of tourists who got so fascinated with the merlion. Snapping pictures with it, peace signs and all kindof poses. Hahaha! It tickles me, really. I don't feel much wind for the night, which is pretty annoying. One of the reasons the merlion is my favourite hangout place is the cool breeze that frequently engulfed the whole area. But that was absent on Fridee. Geez. Anywhoos, I had a great time disturbing this Dayah who tried to stop me from snapping a picture of her. Hahaha! I didn't manage to snap a willing picture of her. Next time you watch out ok! Huahuahua! At ten plus plus, one of my most-loved shortys none other than Lily, joined Dayah and me. Her friends went home early. It's Fridee night! Weekends dawning sooooo late hours would be a welcome way to celebrate the forthcoming of the 2 days break right? Hahaha! Lily settled well with Dayah. It's amazing that they both can get along so bloody well and Dayah's already looking forward to more future rendezvous with her. Huhu I just love it when my friends can get along with each other. Kekeke! It was last train and last bus for 3 of us. I tell ya, I had a wonderful Fridee night. Absolutely LOVES every seconds of it. Thanks to my ladies, I lurp you both!! Fridee 25072008 *Ehem ehem ehem* *Clearing throat* *Getting ready to shout something that's been on my tongue since MONDAY* IT'S FRIDEEDAIDEEDAIDEEDAIDEEDAYYYYY!!! Woooooootangclan!! Under half an hour time, I will be bursting out of the office door and meet a friend! A first meeting for us who have been friends for well, pretty long I think? Ahuh. It's soo long that I forget the period. Geez. Nontheless, a first time meeting for me is always the best ehh. You don't know what to expect from either party. Hehe! Damn I am excited fur today! I was on the phone with Lily yesterday night and I asked her something about me that's being said about me by a friend. This friend, well lemme put the name as "x". X was exchanging private messages with me on friendster. And and it was crystal diamond ruby sparkling clear, she was flirting with AJ here right. Of course I didn't bought the whole sweet talk crap nonsense, pretty much had enough of the past couple of years. Thus one fine day, out come a message from her in caps and it goes like this, "AJ, why you always jual mahal? Pretty girls like me throw ourselves at you and you can't be bothered. Why?". You people can now go imagine my priceless facial expression which goes "HUH" BIG TIME! Gracious me! What's happening to the world? Since when does a guy needs to give in to a pretty girl throwing herself at him? Heh heh. And for your info, this X, isn't so pretty. I totally a gazillion percent believe my friends are wayyyy more hotter ok. Sheesshh! Obviously I don't like you and treated you like my normal friends, so whyyy ohhh whyyyy must I flirt back. Bratz Movie Eh, can my thursday be any further mundane?! Like O-M-G, I am literally bored to death doing powerpoint slides in preparation for the career fair and and filing can be done under an hour. I need challenge! BUT then again, at this hour when the clockface shows 5++ already, I would rather shut my trap and not shoot myself in the foot ehh. Why? Cause I want to go home early today!! I wanna eat my dinner at home, and watched another DVD! Wohoooo!! It's a good way to destress ya know. Watching movie after dinner with a mug of your favourite cola on the right and chips on the left. Hoho, I am just enjoying my weekday nights more these days. I'll prolly end my movie session around the eleventh hour of the evening, check e-mails and SLEEP! Haaaa.   On the topic of movie right, over during lunch, I managed to finish up watching "Bratz". Errm say what, chick flick errrr like not my thang really. I just find the chinese girl cute. Come to think of it, she resembles one of the star in the adult film industry name tera patrick. Heh heh. Now, don't you think they kinda have the similarity? No? Nonetheless, the movie was rated average by me. I'll prolly give like 2 out of 5? Yeahhh. 15 more minutes to knock off. Reaping  I watched a dvd titled "The Reaping" yesterday. I got my surround sound 1000W speakers booming thru the air yesterday. Dad got pissed off cause it was already 8++. But yours truly shut the door, shut the windows, sealed the gap under the door and kept on going. The sound went amazing but there was a price to pay. I got myself scared shitless over and over again!! Hahaha!! My shoulders were jumping constantly due to the suspense sound effect. Geez, well done AJ! The Reaping was a 4 out of 5 for me. It's a movie which have a religious twist on it. Me explaining would do no justice to how good the movie is ehh. You've got to watch it. Recommended for suspense and thriller movie seekers! Movie reviews aside now. And HEY! It's wednesday already! A couple more days to the weekends! How great can that be huh!? Another chillout relax session I hope with maybe 1 or 2 of my beautiful people. *smiles* Lunch hour is almost here, I'm still tinkering on what to eat. Not that I have a lot of choice but but I hope the aunty have my favourite dish for today. I HOPE! I wanna have something HOT to deal with the freezing weather and office temperature. When I woke up at 6 this morning, goood lord graciousness. The sky was dark. I know 6 in the morning is usually dark but this dark that i mention is dark DARK! At 7am, usually the first rays of sun spread thru the heavens right but today, apocalypse just came early baby. Everything just seem surreal and "demonicly" scary. End of the world scenario may I say? But then again, end of the world is worst, for sure! I would rather not witness the world's end. Heh. Alritey daidee now. I'm off for a sumptous lunch. Forbidden Kingdom I've just got off a two hours screening of one of the most fantastic fighting movie I've seen EVA! Fantastic music, superb martial arts choreogrophy and the storyline is an absolute stunner. So kudos, standing ovation and thumbs up to....  Adventure and action flick junkie, if you miss this on the silver screen like I did, don't forget to own the dvd. It's an absolute treasure, a must have and simply put it this way, one of those movies where I can put it in rerun mode and never get sick and tired of it. So yiey to another favourite movie being added in AJ's movie collection!  I rarely find chinese actress hot but but Crystal Liu, who portrays a character named Golden Sparrow, she blew me away. Totally! I mean she's not that booby-boombastic or bootylicious mamasitas you wanna spanky spank, but but I find her simple yet elegantly gooorgeous. I melted luh friend. MELTED! She talks, she moved and she fights! Yikes! I loveee a feisty woman. Like a hellcat. Hahaha! Anyways, my top favourite asian girl that seriously got me go "WOAH HELLLO!". Wuuhhuuuuu!! Dumb Weekends This particular weekend was quite a change for me. Instead of blasting my way out on all 3 days, I managed only Fridee night to have have fun. Remaining Saturday and Sunday was pretty much spent cooped up in my room working on some stuffs which for now, I would like it to be remain as discreet as possible. Heh. Hmmm, I feel like running away. Can I? Some place quiet, surrounded by peace and nature. A place where no one knows me by name. Like like a nobody. I duno man. Haiya I don't know what has got into my brain cells ehh. There's nothing much interesting to update about for yesterday and today. Outing w Nas 18072008 Months of wait have finally dawn upon us as Nas and me caught "The Dark Knight" yesterday. Press and media went berserk about this movie and I don't blame them a corn. 153 minutes of it and I enjoyed every second of it. Masterclass, brilliant and scintillating. I've said this in my previous post and I'm gonna say it one more time. Heath Ledger single-handedly stole the show. The way he portrait the joker was real life and and it made the whole cinema go sssssss everytime he ask someone, do you know how I get these scars? Worthy of an oscar, truly he does. Brokeback Mountain was just one of his many amazing talent showcase but being the joker, underline the immense talent that the acting industry had lost. A standing ovation please. Well, with that being said, I wouldn't want to really spoil the whole movie for those who haven't watch yet. BUT I would like to urge, a fan of Batman or not, you have got to catch this one. That 10 bucks is worth warming the chair for 153 minutes of a 4.5 out of 5 popcorn rated movie. It's Saturday and here I am finding my ass still at home and not outside. One reason, dark clouds looming and sleeping is a wayy better option. Two, I'm just so soo drained already. I need a lazy rest session at home. DVDs and teevees will be my primary entertainment. Ouh please, don't forget food! Mom cooked curry chicken and it's yummehh! Hahaha! Last one, need to save and save for end of year holidays!! Where? I am still tinkering about it. Heh.
