Midweek Love Hate Tragedy




Good MORNING people! Yes yes I'm blogging at a freaking half past 2AM and you're not seeing double ok. Came home like an hour ago, really. It's mentally tiring. What more, plus my rock voice and not so good stability on the mind. Jeeez.

Talking to customers while you're having a sore throat is a worst case scenario kinda thing you know! Everything that you mention or say right, doesn't come out the way you wanted to. And when customers don't understand you, you need to repeat and repeat and repeat and these idiots jolly well drum it in their brain on how connections for internet goes about. Heh.

I got a celebrity phone call I think. Wong Lilin! Yes yes that cute gorgeous wong lilin! Well I DON'T really can confirm its her BUT 95% it was. 'Cos the address, and the way she speaks, its recognisable. Ahuh. So more or less I got to speak to one of my favourite actress and also one of the most cutest mom EVER! Kekekkeek! Plus, the name on the database DID indicate her name soooo oh I duno. Just one of many things working in here that makes my day actually.

Talking about my day right, today was another massive loads of call waiting AGAIN! Just look at the amount of idiots which on hold at 11.50pm! Gaawdd!! Can you people just sleep and call back first thing in the morning instead?! Good lord I can't believe how these people are able to be on hold soo soo long just to speak to us. Heh. But then they will be like scolding and then call us for help? Oh humans I don't understand, really.

I was on the phone with more or less an unreasonable customer and I just feel like going into that phone and bash him with whatever thing I see on sight you know! This customer die die to not want to check the connections. And then she expect what? The connections to unplug then move by itself and connect to another port eh?! Aiyoooooh. While "fighting" with this customer, this TL of mine, Andy, gave me THIS!!

Ahuh. Best New Hire Award. WTF?! Here I am hating my job. I'll get out at any given oppurtunity, I don't hit the quota for number of calls, I don't talk to customer nicely unless they are nice to me, AND I laze around and take 10 mins break every hour ALOT! PLUS, I don't answer calls after 1130pm. So more or less you can say that I AM lazee. I won't scold you for that, 'cos honestly, I am in my opinion very very lazee. So lazee ass clownass gets Best New Hire Award?! The WORLD HAS REALLY GONE BONKERS!

Well, it's almost 3am. I ougtha sleep. I need much needed rest still. Panadol, sleep and I hope I get to meet people who I have long to meet. Oh you people know who you are. I'll text you all soon. Till then, have a great midweek dudes and dudettes!
